A 50% deposit is required to confirm your wedding video,
with the balance to be paid at least 7 days prior to the
wedding/reception. Deposits are not refundable.
Please be aware that photography and videography can be affected by weather,
noise and light conditions beyond our control, as well as unforseen mechanical problems.
All photography and video is taken with natural light and natural sound.
Other factors that can impact photo/video services are length of ceremony/photo shoot/reception,
guests with noisy flash cameras, crying babies, emergency vehicles & motorcycles on the highway.
Your cooperation and the cooperation of your family and guests is critical
to our capturing your wedding day memories.
Additional editing of video to remove noise (baby screaming) is available if needed at an additional charge.
This must be requested no later than 1 day after the wedding. Additional charges based on time will be incurred.
If photos or video are not up to our standards due to equipment failure we may offer
to restage/reshoot your photos or video.
